Denise L. Isaac, President

Denise is a native Washingtonian and over the past 50 years has lived in the Congress Heights, Penn Branch, and Capitol Hill communities. Denise is the chief executive officer of the company and responsible for the day-to-day operations. She is gifted in the areas of administration, interior design, and furnishings. More than 30 years of work experience as a Manager in Corporate Security, a teacher, and Director of several Child Development Centers, and a lifetime member of SE Tabernacle Baptist Church. A graduate of Ballou High School and Southeastern University with a degree in Business Management.

Don L. Isaac Jr. Senior Vice President

While Don Isaac Jr. works in the entertainment and sports industry as Founder and CEO of a global talent management company StudioNation, he has specific expertise in acquisitions and development, commercial real estate transaction management, real estate tax advisory services, lease audit advisory services, market research, and financial modeling and analysis.
Prior to joining D&D Properties, Mr. Isaac has worked as a Vice President at Summit Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Isaac has also worked in roles as both a Vice President and Director of Finance at The Meyer Group. To this end, he has conducted market and financial analysis and assessed development feasibility and development schedule analysis of all product types. Mr. Isaac has also worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in their Public Institutions Group. By also serving on the DC Real Property Tax Appeals Commission, Mr. Isaac has developed a property valuations approach for all property types. Mr. Isaac has a master’s degree in Real Estate with a Development/Finance concentration; from Georgetown University, a B.A. in Economics; Morehouse College. He has also attended London School of Economics; Peking University Campus, Beijing China and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School. Among his professional affiliations, he previously lists the DC Real Property Tax Appeals Commission and the Urban Land Institute.

Latisha Marshall, Director of Property Management Services

Latisha has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial management with a concentration in affordable housing. She has given back and managed communities that she grew up in the Washington Metropolitan area. Her passion for public service, providing empowerment and education to those that would otherwise have no access to resources makes her a valuable asset to the communities she serves. Her belief in the affordable housing initiatives that help foster communities and thriving families is a breath of fresh air.

Latisha received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and her Masters in Sociology from the University of Essex, Colchester England. She holds her Tax Credit Certification and Certified Occupancy Specialist as well as she is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland.

Donald L. Isaac, Broker, Senior Advisor - Community and Faith-Based Initiatives

Donald Isaac, Sr has served the residents of the area as a broker, pastor, nonprofit executive, and public servant. As a broker for over 40 years, he is committed to the transfer of intergenerational wealth through real estate. He has worked with a number of churches and faith-based organizations in the sale, acquisition, feasibility assessment, and management of the church-owned property. Donald Sr. has degrees in Urban Planning, Non-Profit Management, and Theology. He is a licensed broker and property manager in DC and Maryland. He is also a Graduate Real Institute (GRI), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) a certified Employment Identification Verification (EIV), and CS Administrator with HUD. He is a member of the Board in the District and Prince Georges County. Rev. Isaac is affiliated with Leadership Washington, the Coalition for Nonprofit and Housing Development, and serves as a Board member with Jubilee Housing and DC127.
